We are all busy to some degree. Some just pile busyness on thicker than others. You probably know what your limit of busyness is by now! List making and setting priorities is critical to accomplishing anything. If you are trying to lose weight, for example, you are making a list for meals, scheduling your exercise and balancing the rest of your obligations. Live by a list and you get things done.
