Hopefully you are not singing Chic’s old song, Le Freak, while trying to get your head together for Christmas. This tip was SCREAMING at me from Organized Christmas , and falls in line with Yancey’s Cardinal Rule for decorating.

Decorate what you see. That’s it. Start there, then everything else is gravy.

Here is the tip:

Focusing holiday decor on the Big Three–front door, tree and focal point–can bring a festive feel to the house without day-long decorating sessions.

Hmm. So maybe I can get it done in less than 3 weeks?
