…of SPRING! Yep, the weather has been typical Augusta this week. Yesterday was Master’s spring like, and today I’ve had two hot baths. I love Augusta because of the unseasonal-ness of the weather! I assessed the home garden yesterday which I have pretty much neglected for the past 2 months. It’s still green! We’ve not had a killing frost yet and it’s mid-December.
Even without frost, I am getting excited about spring. Have you seen the Baker Creek Heirloom Seed catalog yet? Â I am planning more cut flowers this year than last. The farm cut flowers were a disappointment because of the triple digits and my infrequent trips to the farm. I believe in talking to your plants. Sounds creepy, but like anything else, the more you pay attention to something(one), the better the results.
What is in your plan for spring? Veggies, flowers or herbs? All of the above?
I can’t wait.
see you
