Those of you who know me understand that I am a highway-phobe. I am not sure if there is a proper word for that, but that is what I am. Fortunately, I have the most understanding friends for all of my quirks, like Gina! Gina drove me to Athens today to drop off Gizmo for the battery of testing necessary to get to the bottom of his blindness.
I survived, by the way. It is already strange as I write this. The absence of the little warm fur ball sitting beside me in the new cozy giant white swivel chairs is unnerving.
Gina and I caught up, though, on the 4 hour round trip drive to and from Athens, GA. Gina reminded me of our Christmas garden club meeting last year. A buffet I will never forget. We laughed so hard it was almost embarrassing–good thing we were close to home!
Here is the post, a stay close to the bathroom laugh to bide the time.
