I almost slept through New Years Eve.  Felt like toothpicks were holding my eye lids up just to watch the ball drop! A new year is always exciting to me. I revel in setting new priorities, goals, and intentions for the New Year. Sometimes just one word to focus on for the entire year keeps things in perspective!

My word for 2014 is SPARKLE.

 

What do we think of when we hear the word SPARKLE?

Diamonds.

So sparkly and bright. Diamonds are a sign of commitment, enduring love, purity, light, life and sincerity. Diamonds, like us, are not perfect. They have flaws which give the diamond personality and uniqueness.

Flaws equal excuses. The excuses or issues will never go away, we can work beside them and get closer to meeting our goals.

So, for 2014, we will commit to  SPARKLE! Shining bright like a diamond.
