It’s the Weekend Baby!

There is something magical about weekends!  I have a couple of projects to complete this weekend. Thought you might like:

Mr.Stutts down the street gave me a small bag of kumquats from his productive garden. I love to look at kumquats, but I am not a big fan of popping one in my mouth! Before they go bad, I decided to make something out of them. I’ve never made a marmalade, so here goes!

The cooking continues, and I’ve enjoyed experimenting with new flavors and healthy recipes. This one caught my eye. A good Saturday/Sunday omelette.

There are two boxes of vases passed down to me awaiting a rinse, and just one more large bag of daffodil bulbs to be planted! Yes, it’s late, but planting is better than rotting!
