Rob Pavey refers to them as fireflies, but I call them lightening bugs.
A couple of years ago, we were worried that these illuminating insectswere dwindling, but it seems they are here to stay!
Don’t you remember catching them at night & keeping them in a jar near
the bed to watch them glow?
