Whether it is your last day on the  beach for spring break or you want a go- to recipe for teen parties, Ms. Neisha’s layered Taco Dip is always a hit. Here is the recipe:
large can of refried beans
container premade guacamole or make about 2 cups
Medium container light sour cream mixed with one pkg. taco seasoning
2 cups shredded mixed Mexican cheese
2 large tomatoes chopped
small can sliced black olives
small bunch chopped green onion
Start with the refried beans and layer each ingredient. Serve with tortilla chips or scoop type chips.
