MLCH. What the heck is that?  Don’t you ever look at license plates and try to decipher what they are trying to say in 7 letters or less?

Here are some examples of garden license plates:

GRDN HOE

I can’t think or Google any more, but the MLCH stands for Mary Louise Capers Hagler. Pronounced mulch.
