By now you are probably finding out that planning the week in advance saves time and money. No more daily trips to the store and no more impulse buying  while you are there. The kids’ school schedule is becoming more routine & I never panic(well, almost never!) for ingredients for supper. I follow The Southern Lady Cooks website and La Dolce Vita: the sweet life with three sons, and thought you’d enjoy some of their tips and meal planning.
Here is the plan for this week:
Sunday: Â Â Â Sweet and Hot pork tenderloin, green beans, new potatoes, Brown Cow for dessert
Monday: Â Â Chicken Skewers with Grilled Romaine lettuce, broccoli and cauliflower gratin
Tuesday: Â Â Cuban Style Grilled Salmon, roasted new potatoes, salad,
Wednesday: Â Turkey Burgers (thanks, Maria!), sweet potato fries, steamed carrots
Thursday: Â Â Lemon Pepper Shrimp Skampi, orzo, asparagus steamed, salad
Friday: Â Â Â Steak Nite, steak, baked potatoes, and salad
Saturday: Â Szechuan Pork, noodles, fresh fruit
I hope you’ll share your menu. It’s been FIVE weeks of sharing, so you could go back to week One and start over or mix up the menus from the past few weeks.
see you
ML
