Planning our evening meals in advance frees up my gardening & writing time.
I challenge you to plan your menu for this week: July 24th-31st and post below.
It can be as simple as:
Monday: Baked Chicken, broccoli, salad, fresh fruit
Tuesday: Pork loin chops, wild rice, watermelon
Get it? This way you have a plan & you won’t need to think about food when
4 o’clock rolls around and everyone is starving!
see you

I’ve done this for years. It is the only way to get food on the table during the week. The thinking has already been done!

Mexican beer
Tuesday: “Salad Lyonnaise” or Fried egg & BLT salad, baguette, blackberries for desert. Viognier: Yalumba

Thursday: Peel and Eat shrimp, tomato pie, green salad and summer cherries
Dry Reisling: Pewsey Vale @ Sams Club
Can’t commit to friday, saturday, sunday yet but am excited about having a plan for the first 4 days!
