Busy weeks ahead require lots of planning in order to decrease stress! My mother, 87,  lives with us and I never know what emergency or situation will come up, so it is best to be somewhat organized for the week. Let’s not blame it all on her…two high school  teenagers, a hard working hubby, and me.
The  New Year Menus
1. Â Spicy Tangerine Beef, rice, Â winter squash and brownies
2. Â Steak, potato wedges, salad
3. Â Shrimp and sausage gumbo, salad, mix of fruit
4. Â Chicken Marsala, green beans, carrots, cc cookies
5. Â Shepherds Pie, Â veggie mix, Â dessert
6. Â Easy Broccoli Quiche with fresh from garden broccoli…make to have as snack or lunch.
This menu plan is not necessarily in order and we may end up eating out one night. For the most part, though, I prepare supper every night. Â The next step is making the list!
Print  these recipes found on allrecipes.com then mark what I need or make an index card list, then off to store.

This is a great way to start the New Year! But your mother will kill you if she finds out you are publishing her age! LOL!
